摘要
汽车制动器是关系到行车安全的关键构件,其质量至关重要。因此制动器综合性能测试是汽车质量检测的重要项目。是汽车生产企业必不可少的重要环节。文中对汽车制动器惯性试验理论进行了分析研究,利用飞轮动能等量模拟车辆行驶动能对制动器进行加载并测试制动过程各种特性。设计了一种能够对制动器进行综合性能检测并对可以数据进行处理、显示、存储、检索及输出并可进行实时控制的中、轻卡制动器惯性试验台。可对所测制动器进行质量性能的判断。满足了汽车企业准确、快速、有效地对制动器各种综合性能检测的需要。
Vehicle brake is a key member concerning driving safety; its quality is of crucial importance, so brakes general perfomance test is an essential part of vehicle quality tests and an absolutely necessary partfor automakers. On the basis of analysis and investigation of vehicle brake inertia test theory, flywheel kinetic energy is used to equally simulate the automobile driving kinetic energy to exert loads to the brake and test properties of braking process, furthermore, a kind of test bed for middle trucks and light trucks is designed which can test the quality of general performances and analyze, display, store, retrieve and output data and conduct real - time control. In addition, the test bed can judge the quality performance of brakes which are supposed to be tested, so that meet the demands of automakers to test precisely versatile general performance of brakes rapidly and effectively.
