摘要
目前,我国商业银行由于观念、内部机制和推广力度方面存在问题,因而在产品创新方面存在较大差距。要赶上国际银行的先进水平,我国商业银行必须以客户为中心,建立面向客户的创新机制,包括在建立感应市场的传导链条和内部激励机制方面下功夫,以推进我国商业银行独立自主的创新能力。
Current commercial banks are relatively detlcient in corporate culture, internal mechanism and product promotion, and are left behind in product innovation compared with advanced international peers. To keep up with advanced level, native commercial banks should respect customers, establish client-oriented inno- vative mechanism, including connection chain and internal incentive mechanism, and promote innovative ability.
