摘要
饮食文化作为民族传统文化整体中的一个有机组成部分,其差异反映了文化的差异和民族的特性。在都市文化餐饮业的竞争中,藏族在成都创立了一个又一个餐饮文化的品牌,他们无不以规模和档次向世人展示着那博大精深而又异彩纷呈的民族饮食文化。本文以成都武侯祠附近藏族餐饮的饮食结构和习俗为切入点,探讨藏族饮食文化在现代化发展进程中的传播、适应、整合与变迁的过程。
Food culture as a whole is an integral part of the traditional nationality culture. It reflects the cultural differences and nationality identity. In the restaurant industry competition, the Tibetans in Chendu have created a culture of one and another restaurant industry brand. They show the deep and colorful Tibetan Nationality food culture with its large scale and high grade. This paper is to discuss the process of Tibetan food culture in aspects of transmission, adaptation, integration and change from the angle of the dieting structure and custom near the Chendu Wuhou Temple.
