摘要
弹体材料与氧化剂长期接触,其表面生成一种称为沉积盐的物质,容易堵塞导弹氧化剂系统的管路并影响取液器灵活转动,这种沉积盐难溶于水,酸和碱对它的溶解效果也很差,且酸碱对弹体材料又有较强的腐蚀。本文详细分析了沉积盐的形成过程,根据配合反应理论,合理地选用配合剂,达到了用配合反应的方式来溶解沉积盐的目的。本研究方法既保证了对导弹的清洗效果,又降低了对材料的腐蚀,是一种完全不同于传统清洗的新方法。
When oxidant touchs with material of missile, on its surface a kind of matter called depositional salt will form easily, which can block the pipeline of missile oxidant system and affect the flexible rotation of containers for taking liqnid. This depositional salt is difficult to dissolve in water. Even acid and alkali can't improve the soluble result, and they have stronger corrodibility for material. This study provids a detailed analysis on the formation of depositional salt. On the basis of coordinative reaction theory, the coordination compound is selected rationally. The goal to completely dissolve depositional salt has been reached. This method can assure very good cleaning results and reduce corrosion on the material. It is a kind of new method completely different from the traditional cleaning.
