摘要 以Al-Ga-In-Bi-Pb合金为基础,添加Mg、Mn和Sn等元素制备了4种Al合金阳极,用腐蚀失重法测试了合金的自腐蚀速率,用排水法测试了合金的析氢速率。制备的Al-Ga-In-Bi-Pb系合金在5 mol/L NaOH溶液中均具有较负的开路电压(≤-1.75 V)、较低的自腐蚀速率[≤0.14 mg/(min.cm2),20℃;≤0.22 mg/(min.cm2),60℃]和析氢速率[≤0.10 ml/(min.cm2),20℃];随着极化电位的增加,各合金均具有高的电化学活性。 Four kinds of Al alloy anodes based on Al-Ga-In-Bi-Pb alloy and adding Mg, Mn and Sn elements were prepared. The self corrosion rates of the alloys were tested by the corrosion weight loss method. H2 evolution rates of the alloys were tested by the drainage method. The prepared Al-Ga-In-Bi-Pb alloys had more negative open circuit voltages (≤ - 1.75 V), lower self corrosion rates [ ≤0.14 mg/(min· cm^2), 20 ℃ ; ≤ 0.22 mg/(min· cm^2), 60 ℃ ] and H2 evolution rates [≤ 0.10 ml/(min·cm^2), 20 ℃] in 5 mol/L NaOH solution. The alloys had high electrochemical activities with the increasing of polarization potential.
