Electrochemical performance of yttrium substituted Ni(OH)_2

摘要 使用共沉淀法制备了MH/Ni电池正极活性物质Y取代的Ni(OH)2。用ICP、XRD对样品的组成、结构进行了分析,发现n(Ni)∶n(Y)=5∶1,晶型为α型。充放电测试结果显示,样品在高温(50℃和60℃)下具有良好的循环性能和大电流放电性能。在50℃和60℃时,以1 000 mA/g充电、500 mA/g放电,样品的首次放电比容量分别为247 mAh/g和250mAh/g,循环100次后,容量保持率为84.8%和67.8%;以2 500 mA/g放电时,样品在50℃和60℃时的放电比容量仍有215 mAh/g和206 mAh/g。 Yttrium (Y) substituted Ni(OH)2 as positive electrode material for Ni/MH battery was synthesized by coprecipitation method. The composition and structure of the sample were analyzed by ICP and XRD,it was found that n(Ni) : n(Y) = 5:1 and the crystal type was a type. The results of charge-discharge test showed that the sample had fine cycle performance and heavy load discharge performance at high temperature (50 ℃ and 60 ℃). When charging at 1 000 mA/g and discharging at 500 mA/g,the initial specific discharge capacities of the samples under 50 ℃ and 60 ℃ were 247 mAh/g and 250 mAh/g, respectively, the capacity retention rates were 84.8% and 67.8% after 100 cycles. When the samples were discharged at 2 500 mA/g, the specific discharge capacities still had 215 mAh/g and 206 mAh/g under 50 ℃ and 60 ℃ ,respectively.
