摘要
建立了一种采用高效液相色谱同时测定鸡肉中氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星四种氟喹诺酮类药物残留的方法。鸡肉样品用pH7.0的乙腈提取,正己烷去杂质,蒸发浓缩后,流动相定容,用激发波长是280nm,发射波长是450nm的荧光检测器测定。氧氟沙星在0.003~0.6μg/g范围内呈良好的线性关系,诺氟沙星、环丙沙星和恩诺沙星在0.001~0.2μg/g范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9998。样本的平均加标回收率在56%~105%之间,RSD〈15%(n=5)。
A reversed - phase HPLC method was developed for the quantitative analysis of fluoroquinolones drugs in poultry meat. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile in pH 7.0. The sample extracts were cleaned up by Hexane, then enriched by evaporation and determined by fluorescence detection at 280 nm (EX) and 450 nm (EM). The calibration curves were liner in the range of 0.003 -0.6 μg/g in Ofloxacin, 0. 001-0.2 μg/g in Norfloxacin, Ciprofloxacin and Enrofloxacin, correlation coefficients were above 0.999 8. The mean recoveries of 4 veterinary drugs ranged from 56% to 105% with relative standard deviations below 15% (n = 5).
