摘要
为优化香连滴丸的制备工艺,以基质、药物与基质的配比、提取物与水的配比、熔融温度为主要考察因素,以丸重差异(RSD%)、溶散时限及5 min释放度为考察指标,采用正交试验法优选制备工艺条件。结果显示,以PEG4000和PEG6000等量混合,基质与药物的配比为1∶1.5料温90℃,滴速为24滴/min,甲基硅油为冷却剂进行制备。说明采用实验筛选出的滴丸成型工艺条件制成的滴丸,符合滴丸剂的质量标准,工艺设备简单,操作方便。
To optimize the preparation process of xianglian drop pellets. The process was Studied by the weight difference of pellets (RSD%) , disintegrating time and released percentage in 5 min( % ) as the evaluation quota to decide the best dropping condition. The evaluated preparation factors were the temperature of mixture, the base materials, the formulation ingredients. Orthogonal experimentation was used to select the dropping conditions. The results showed that the optimal bases and drugs silicone oil was optimal This preparation method optimized preparation conditions were as was 1 : 1.5, temperature of mixture was 90 follows: PEG4000 and PEG6000 was 1: 1,℃, dropping speed was 24 drop/min, methylrefrigerant. The drop pellets under the optimited preparation conditions had good quality. is simple, convenient and can be handled easily.
