中期妊娠应用甘遂引产妇女的姊妹染色单体交换

Studies on Sister Chromatid Exchange in Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes in Abortive Women Induced by Euphorbia Kansui Injection

本文研究中期妊娠应用甘遂引产妇女,注药后对外周血淋巴细胞姊妹染色单体交换(SCE)率的影响。结果表明,用药后24小时每个细胞SCE率为7.82±0.13(S. E),注药后48小时SCE率为7.05±0.21(S. E)。用药前每个细胞SCE率分别为7.27±0.24(S. E)与7.08±0.23(S. E)。注药后与引产前相比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。表明甘遂并非是致突变剂。

This paper reports the influence of Euphorbia kansui on the sister chromatid exchange (SCE) frequencies of peripheral blood lymphocytes in midtrimester abortive women induced by Euphorbia kansui injection. The SCE frequencies were 7.27±0.24 (S. E) and 7.08±0.23 (S. E) per cell before injection and 7.82±0.13 (S. E) per cell in 24 hours after injection and 7.05±0.21 (S. E) per cell in 48 hours after injecton. The SCE frequencies after injection were not Significantly higher than that before injection (P>0.05). These data indicated that Euphorbia kansui may be not a mutagen
