摘要
研制了一种高效光催化空气净化器,其净化方式为:污染空气随进风机通过初级过滤网和活性碳滤网,以去除颗粒物并吸附有异味的易挥发有机物;经初级净化的气体进入置有紫外灯和TiO2光催化三维蜂窝陶瓷网的光化学反应室进行深度处理后排出。TiO2光催化三维蜂窝陶瓷网是净化器的核心部件,采用溶胶-凝胶法将TiO2的前驱体——钛酸溶胶负载在蜂窝陶瓷载体上。该净化器在运行时,当空气中的甲醛起始浓度为(0.42-0.49)mg/m^3时,10h后净化率93%-96%;当空气中起始的细菌总数为(554-924)cfu/m^3时,24h后灭菌率为95%-99%。显示了光催化空气净化器的应用前景。
This article introduces a high efficiency photocatlysis air purifier. The purification method is as follows: polluted air comes in from the fan, and the filter net and activated carbon net can remove particulate matter from the air and absorb smelly and volatile organic matter in the air. Then the air is treated in photochemistry reactive room with ultraviolet lamp and TiO2 photocatalysis three dimensional honeycomb ceramic net. TiO2 photocatalysis three dimensional honeycomb ceramic net is the core part of the purifier. Using SOL-GEL Method, the precursor of TiO2-titanic acid is loaded on the honeycomb ceramic substrate. With the operation of the purifier, 93%-96% of 0.42-0.49mg/m^3 concentration formaldehyde can be reduced after 10 hours; when the number of bacterial is 554-924cfu/m^3, the sterilization rate is 95%-99% after 24 hours.
