摘要 以PC机为基础实现经济型数控系统的研制。介绍了以PC机结合PCI总线型采集卡为基础构建数控系统硬件平台的方法,选用Windows 98作为数控系统应用软件运行平台,概述了数控系统的硬件组成和软件结构。该数控系统体系结构具有开放式、模块化和经济实用的特点,适合组成小规模的数控系统。 This paper introduces, a PC-based economical numerical control system which is designed for a micro-hole drilling machine. The hardware platform of the control system is formed on the basis of a personal computer (PC) embedded in a data acquisition board via PCI bus. Windows 98 is selected as the platform to create the application software. Such kind of PC-based numerical control system has the characters of opening,multi-module and economy, and is suitable for building numerical control system of small machine tool .
