摘要
针对数控机床控制发展中的新要求提出并设计了一种新型的控制方案,即运用双口RAM实现PCI总线与DSP的通讯,以提高控制效率和实时性。应用令牌传递方案解决了双口RAM的仲裁控制逻辑问题,并且利用CPLD对数据总线接口进行了扩展。
A new control method to realize the communication between PCI bus and DSP is designed in order to meet the new development of CNC machine. In this program, Dual-port RAM is used to improve the efficiency and the real-time control, and its logic control is solved by semaphore flags, The data bus is expanded in CPLD.
