摘要
运用通用的有限元分析软件Marc对典型的销连接结构进行了分析,在分析过程中根据其实际工作状况,得到了应力变化及变形状态图,并将分析结果与理论值比较,发现相当吻合,为提高其承载能力和使用寿命奠定了理论基础,对工程应用具有指导意义。
A typical pin connection is researched by use of the popular finite element analysis software Marc. The change of stress and deformation of structure is obtained during the actual analysis. Additionly, a comparison is made between the analysis results and the theoretical values. Then the conclusion can be drawn that the results from the finite element analysis are in accordance with the theoretical outcome in the actual work. It is important to enhance the design quality of project and product.
