摘要
提出了将部分诊断过程集成于PLC的故障诊断方法和模型,并以自动生产线为对象,研制开发了一个可以实际运行的基于PLC信息的故障诊断系统,提出了诊断系统的总体设计方案,进而给出诊断系统的实现原理与方法。
This paper studies the methods and models for PLC-information-based fault diagnosis of modern industrial manufacturing equipment. A practical PLC-information-based fault diagnosis system is developed, The diagnosing tasks and requirement on a specific streamline are put forward. Thus the overall design of the diagnosis system is proposed, And then the principal and method for implementation of the diagnosis system are presented in the paper.
