介绍了PCS型工业散料系统原理及组成,PCS型工业散料系统具有可靠性高、稳定性好、操作方便等优点。宝钢集团上海梅山钢铁股份有限公司3号烧结机建成顺产后,其烧结配料系统全部采用PCS型工业散料配料,PCS型工业散料配料系统保证了梅钢烧结矿的品质。
This article introduces the principles and components of a supplying system of PCS industrial bulk materials. The system, with the aduantages of good reliability, high stability, and convenient operation, has been successfully applied to the material filling for the No. 3 sintering machine in Shanghai Meishan Steel Co, （ a company of Bao Steel ）, and consequently ensures the sinter products of satisfactory quality.
