42例主动脉夹层患者临床资料分析
摘要
主动脉夹层（AD）是由于内膜撕裂后血液进入中层或中层滋养动脉破裂产生血肿后压力过高而导致内膜撕裂所致。有数据表明发病2天内病死率高达50％，其发病率有逐年增高的趋势^[1]。现将我院1998。2005年收治的42例AD患者的诊治经验总结分析如下。
