摘要
该文通过对La0.7Ca0.3Mn1-xTixO3(x=0~0.15)样品在77K^300K温度范围内电阻的测量,研究了Ti掺杂后样品电阻随温度的变化规律.研究结果表明:在未引入钛杂质时,铁磁相的电阻率遵守T4.5关系,随着钛离子的引入,电子-电子、电子-磁振子以及电子-声子耦合变得更复杂,不能用单一模型来解释.
The electric resistance of La0.7Ca0.3Mn1-xTixO3 (x =0-0.15 )bulk samples were measured at tem- perature range from 77K to 300K. The resistivity change of the sample'without Ti - doping was con- sistent with the T^4,5 model. With the Ti - doping, the effect of electron - electron, electron - magnon and electron - phonon interaction becomes more complicated, the electric resistivity can not just be explained by single model.
