老年前期和老年期甲状腺功能亢进症(附94例临床分析)

Hyperthyroidism in Presenium and Geratic Period

本文对94例50岁以上老年前期及老年期甲亢进行了分析。老年甲亢的临床表现常不典型,甲状腺肿大、突眼症、高代谢征群多不明显。50岁以上甲亢心增多,与50岁以下甲亢心相比,其患病率有非常显著差异（P<0.005）。老年甲亢常表现为特殊类型,本文对淡漠型甲亢、T3型甲亢、T4型甲亢的临床特点进行了讨论。

94 cases of hyperthyroidism over fifty years of age were analyzed.The clinical manifestations of hyperthyroidism in the aged often wcrc not typical. Thyroid enlargement, exophthalmos, syndrome of high metabolism often were not obvious. The incidences of cardiac disease in hyperthyroidism over fifty years of age were much higher than those under fifty years of age (P<0.005).HyPerthyroidism in the aged was often manifested in sPecial types. Apathetic hyperthyroidism, T_3 hyperthyroidism, T_4 hyperthyroidism were discussed.
