摘要
本自动检验仪是光、机、电、算相结合的非接触式高速自动测量弹壳长度和底部直径的仪器。在子弹壳生产线上测量精度为0.02mm,测量速度为250件/分。本文介绍了光学系统的设计,包括光路的选择;光源和有关参数的选取和计算。更重要的是导出了在远心光路中,物体沿轴向移动时,在原象平面位置上光斑直径的表达式;讨论了,投影物镜的放六倍数β,光束孔径角u与CCD节距的关系。
