目的探讨提升疾控机构实施免疫规划工作能力的对策。方法通过解决理念的瓶颈问题,以提高在职人员法律意识、业务管理及实际操作能力,适应时代要求等方法进行人才培养。结果提高了疾控机构实施免疫规划的工作能力。结论通过更新理念,贯穿知情告知推进评判选择主线,铺设管道,明细指标,实施目标管理,实施免疫规划工作能力得到全面提高。

Objective To determine the way to improve the power for the department of disease control and prevention （DDCP） to run the immunization program. Method The persOn of persOnnel in service with ability have been trained by solving the bottle-neck problem of understanding about the immunization program,improving the consiciousness of law, increasing the power of management and professional skill, to keep abreast of the times. Result Training person with ability has greatly improved the power for the DDCP to run the immunization program. Conclusion By changing the consiciousness of law and understanding about the immunization program, the lines of inform-know-decideselect running through the immunization program, building the pipeline of service, deciding on the targets,managing the targets, the power for the DDCP to run the immunization program has been entirely improved.
