揭阳市2006年预防接种门诊犬伤人群流行病学分析

目的分析揭阳市2006年被犬伤人群的流行病学特点及狂犬病疫苗接种情况,提出防制对策。方法收集广东省狂犬病门诊暴露人群监测月报表中被犬伤暴露人群的流行病学资料,用描述性流行病学方法对资料进行分析。结果揭阳市2006年犬伤暴露人数6 198人,暴露率为109/10万;伤者中男性多于女性,以15-45岁年龄组最多（占48.26%）,受伤部位以下肢为主（占55.86%）,有49.07%的Ⅲ级伤者接种了狂犬病人免疫球蛋白。结论揭阳市犬伤人群在增加,加强对犬只的管理,加强宣传教育,提高人群防病意识,预防狂犬病的发生。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of animal-wounded individuals and the immunization program of rabies in Jieyang city in 2006, and to formulate the preventive measures. Methods Descriptive study was carried out the epidemiological data about animal-wounded individuals and the data were obtained from the clinics for rabies. Results 6 198 victims were wounded by animals in 2006. The average annual wound rate was 109/10万. The male victims were more than the female, and 48.26 % of the victims aged between 15 and 45. 55.86 % of them were bitten at the lower limbs, and 49.07 % of the victims whose animal-wounded level conformed to the Ⅲ were immunized Human Rabies Immunoglobulin. Conclusions People wounded by animal were increasing in Jieyang city. To prevent rabies, management of the dogs and the education in general public should be strengthened.
