回顾了世界范围内30多年来IGCC技术的发展历程,从关键技术、示范经验及失败教训等方面进行了分析和总结,深入分析了目前世界上正在掀起的第二轮发展IGCC技术高潮的背景,建议我国要鼓励这一先进技术的积极发展,协调好相关部门从技术和在政策层面上给于大力支持,从而促使该技术以稳健和科学的步伐前进。

The development history of IGCC technology in the world during the past 30 years was reviewed, and the background of the second high tide for developing IGCC technology nowadays was analyzed by author. According to the experiences and lessons for developing this technology accumulated around the world, author pointed out that the development of such an advanced technology should be strongly encouraged by our government authority. It is needed that the government coordinates relationship between related branches to provide the supports on technology and policy for guiding its development in the way of steady and scientific.
