辽宁华电铁岭发电厂的4台汽轮机因检修人员在检修中操作不当,以及油系统管道中沉积有杂质,导致各轴瓦轴颈处出现不同程度的磨损,轴颈表面粗糙度增加,影响轴承工作性能。详细介绍了完善后的检修工艺及机组大修后油系统大流量冲洗的具体方案,该方案的实施使润滑油油质经过短时间的循环过滤达到了机组启动要求。
The improper maintenance and impurities deposition in the lube oil pipe line led to wear and increase of roughness on the shaft neck surface in four turbines of Liaoning Tieling Power Plant, and thus influenced the performance of the bearings. The improved overhaul process and the scheme of high flux flushing for turbine oil system were described in detail. The oil quality could reach the requirements for start - up after circulation filtering in rather short time by adopting that scheme.
