变压器低压软连片放电与油色谱分析

Discharge of soft connection strap and chromatographic analysis of oil in transformer

介绍了豆坝电厂#4变压器的主要技术参数和变压器正常情况下在周期性取油样检测中所发现的油样异常现象。利用色谱法对绝缘油中的溶解气体含量进行了分析,综合电气试验、运行、检修等情况,确定了变压器内低压软连片放电是导致变压器油异常的主要原因。介绍了判断变压器油出现异常的三比值法,进而判断故障性质、部位和严重程度,并提出了为确保电网的安全运行应该采取的处理措施。

The main technique parameters and the abnormal phenomenona which were found in noimal operation condition by the periodicity oil detecting. Based on the analyzing of the contents of every kind of dissolved gas in transformer oil by chromatographic method, and comparing with the information gotten from electric experiments and operation as well as overhaul, it was confirmed that the discharge of soft connection strap in transformer was the reason of the abnormal oil sample. Three - ratio method for determining of abnormal oil was discussed, and the characteristics of the faults, together with its position and severity were analyzed. The treatment measures were proposed to ensure the safety of grid operation.
