二维彩色Doppler血流显像评价冠心病患者的左室舒张功能

Eveluation of Left Ventricular Diastolic Function with Coronary Heart Disease with 2-Dimensional Color Doppler Blood Flow Image

本文利用二维彩色Doppler血流显像方法对20例经冠状动脉造影证实的冠心病患者和2例正常人的左心室舒张功能进行测定。结果发现,PFVE、DEF在冠心病组明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。PFVA/PFVE在冠心病组则明显地高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。AHT、DHT、OE、OA以及PFVA在二组中则无显著性差异。

Left ventricular diastolic function was determinded in 22 normal subjects and 20 patients with coronary heart disease demonstrated by angiogaphy. Values of peak flow velocity at early diastolic (PFVE) and deceleration of early diastolic flow (DEF) were significantly lower in the patients than in the normal Subjects (P<0.01). PFVA/PFVE was significantly increased in the patients (P< 0.01). There were no significant difference in aceleration half time(AHT), deceleration half time (DHT). OE time interval (OE),OA time interval (OA) and peak flow velocity of artial contraction in normal individuals and in the patients.
