摘要
用水作能量传输介质,采用有模自然排气成形法,对直径为506mm,厚度为14mm、12mm、10mm、8mm的LY12铝板和厚度为5.6mm、4.5mm、3.0mm的20号钢板进行了爆炸拉深成形,成形锥体锥底直径400mm,法兰外径480mm,最大挠度126mm。实验得到了这两种金属板料的成形工艺参数,结果表明完全退火能极大改善LY12铝的成形性能。
The 2024-Al and AISI 1020 steel blanks with the same diameter 506mm and several kinds of thickness are performed with explosive draw forming in which the water is used as energy-transfer medium and the air in the die cavity is compressed out through the ventholes. The diameter of the forming cone is 400mm and the maximum drawing depth is 126mm with 480mm flange in diameter. The forming technological parameters for these two kinds of metal blanks are presented. The study show fully annealed heat treatment in 2024-Al can greatly improve its forming feasibility.
