Effect of Special Structures in Virus-infected Cell During Virus Morphologenesis

用透射电镜观察拉沙病毒、蓝舌病毒和鄂木斯克出血热病毒,见到在病毒感染宿主细胞中的一些特殊结构的特球形态,这些特球结构提示它们在病毒形态发生过程中起重要作用。

Lassa virus, Bluetogue virus aud Omsk hemorrhagic fever virus were observed under electronmicroscope. Special structures induced by viruses in infected were discovered, such as crystalline structure,microtubular structure and inclusion body.It seems likely that these special structures play an important role in virus morphogenesis.
