摘要
目的探讨营养不良对复治结核病患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取伴有营养不良的复治结核病患者150例,采用标准化抗结核药物治疗方案,对治疗效果进行观察和分析,并以同期住院治疗的不合并营养不良的复治肺结核患者150例为对照。结果营养不良组痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收率均低于对照组(P<0.05),1月末药物性肝损害发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论营养不良会对复治结核病的治疗产生不良影响。
Objective To observe the effect of malnutrition on the treatment of the relapse cases of tuberculosis. Methods 150 relapse cases of tuberculosis with malnutrition treated by standard anti-tuberculosis medicine were compared to another 150 relapse cases of tuberculosis without malnutrition who were hospitalized at the same period. Results In the malnutrition group, the rate of the sputum negative conversion and the resolution of pulmonary lesions were lower than those of the control group, and the drug - induced hepatitis rate was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group at the end of one month treatment period. Conclusion Malnutrition will produce negative effect on the treatment of the tuberculosis.
