服务业需求与服务业劳动生产率的相关性研究

A study of Correlation between Demands and Productivity of the Service Sector in China

服务业劳动生产率增长缓慢,是制约服务业发展的重要原因。本文从服务产品的生产、交换和消费具有同时性、不可储存性以及不可转移性出发,从理论和经验实证两方面分析了服务业需求与服务业劳动生产率之间存在着互相影响的因果关系,并提出从扩大服务需求出发,提高服务业劳动生产率,促进服务业发展的政策建议。

The slowdown in the growth of labor productivity in the servicesector is an important factor which constrains the development of the servicesector. Based upon the fact that service is produced, traded and consumed simultaneously, and therefore, is not storable and transferable, this paper theoretically and empirically researches the correlation between the demands and the labor productivity in the servicesector. This paper suggests that we should expand the demands for the servicesector and improve the labor productivity of the servicesector so that we can promote the rapid development of the servicesector and the national economy as a whole.
