摘要
目的建立爽咽茶的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对金银花、麦冬、甘草进行定性鉴别及显微法对金银花、菊花、甘草进行显微特征鉴别;以醋酸乙酯-丙酮-甲酸.水(5:1:1:1)为展开剂,以330nm为入口进行反射式锯齿形扫描,测定绿原酸的含量。结果绿原酸的量在1,06—5,33μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),回归方程为A=79390C+27686。精密度试验RSD为3.2%,该方法平均回收率为97.61%,RSD=2.33%。结论该方法对爽咽茶质量可控。
Aim To develop a method of quality control of Shuangyancha. Methods Jinyinhua, maidong and gancao were identified by TLC. The content of chorogenic acid was detected by HTLC (with UV scan at wavelength 330nm and EtOAc: CH3 COCH3: HCOOH: H20 ( 5:1 : 1 : 1 ) as mobile phase). Results The chorogenic acid curvers were linear between 1.06 and 5.33 μg ( r = O. 999 6 ). The mean recovery was 97.61%, and RSD was 2.33%. Conclusion The method is sensitive and simpler.
