RP-HPLC测定小儿化痰止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

Determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in xiao′er huatan zhike syrup by RP-HPLC

目的建立小儿化痰止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法采用RP．HPLC法，以乙腈-0．02mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（含0．2％三乙胺，用磷酸调节pH值为2．7）（5：100）为流动相；检测波长为210nm，流速为1．0ml·min。柱温30℃。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0．16—1．6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9998，平均回收率为99．13％，RSD=0．75％。结论该方法快速简便，准确可靠，灵敏度高，可用于小儿化痰止咳糖浆的质量控制。

Aim To establish a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in xiao＇er huatan zhike syrup. Methods E- phedrine hydrochloride in xiao＇er huatan zhike syrup were determined by RP-HPLC, using acetonitrile-0. 02 mol · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution（0. 2% triethylamine,control pH adjusted to 2.7 with phosphoric aicd）（5： 100） as mobile phase and the detec- tion wavelength was at 210nm. The flow rate was at 1.0 ml · min^-1. The column temperature was 30℃. Results Ephedrine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 16 and 1.6 μg,r =0. 999 8. The average recovery was 99.13% ,and RSD was 0. 75 %. Conclusion The established method is rapid, accurate, reproducible and accurate with a strong specificify. This study provides a method for the quality control of xiao＇er huatan zhike syrup.
