膦甲酸钠对复发性生殖器疱疹患者Th1/Th2失衡调节作用 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨膦甲酸钠对复发性生殖器疱疹(Recurrentgenital herpes,RGH)患者血清Th1/Th2失衡调节作用。方法选择50例门诊RGH患者予以膦甲酸钠治疗(RGH组),采用ELISA法检测治疗前后血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平。并选择25例门诊男性健康体检者作对照(对照组)。结果RGH患者治疗前血清Th1型细胞因子IFN-γ较对照组明显下降,而Th2型细胞因子IL-4则明显增加(均P<0.01)。采用膦甲酸钠注射液治疗10 d后血清IFN-γ较治疗前明显增加,而IL-4则明显下降(均P<0.01)。结论RGH患者存在Th1/Th2平衡失调,而膦甲酸钠治疗具有调整RGH患者Th1/Th2亚群平衡的作用。
