本文对92例急性白血病直接致死原因进行分析,结果表明,主要为出血造成病人死亡,其次为全身衰竭及感染、中枢神经系统白血病等。这为积极防治其发生提供了依据。

In this aticle we analysed the main causes of death for 92 cases of acute leukemai. The results showed that the main causes of death are bleeding, systemic failure, infection and leukemia in central nervous system etc., therefore it provides basis for active prevention and cure of leukemia.
