摘要
目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中PTTG,c-myc和p53的表达及其与NSCLC发生发展之间的关系。方法:用免疫组化法测定60例NSCLC标本及27例正常肺组织中PTTG,c-myc和p53的表达。结果:NSCLC组织细胞中PTTG,c-myc和p53的阳性表达率明显高于正常肺组织(P<0.01)。在不同组织学类型间阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PTTG和c-myc在不同分化程度肺癌间的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),淋巴结是否转移PTTG和c-myc的阳性表达率差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PTTG与c-myc,PTTG与p53阳性表达率呈显著正相关(P<0.01),c-myc与p53阳性表达率也呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:PTTG,c-myc和p53在NSCLC中有较高表达,有可能作为评估预后、指导治疗的指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of PTTG, c-myc and p53 and their role in occurance and development of non-small cell lung carcinoma. Methods: The expression of PTTG, c-myc and p53 was detected immunohistochemistrically in 60 cases of non-small cell lung carcinoma and 27 cases of normal lung tissue. Results: There was an extensive expression of PTTG, c-myc and p53 in tumor cell ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; difference was not found in groups of histology ( P 〉 0.05 ). The expression of PTTG and c-myc in tumor cell was both correlated with differentiated degree of lung cancer( P 〈0.05 ) ; in non-small cell lung carcinoma with lymph node metastasis, there was a significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the positive expression of PTTG, c-myc and PTTG, p53 in non-small cell lung carcinoma had a striking positive correlation respectively(P 〈0.01 ). The positive expression of c-myc and p53 also had a striking positive correlation(P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The results indicate that PTTG, c-myc and p53 participate in occurrence and development of non-small cell lung carcinoma, and it may be the index of the prognosis appraisal and the therapeutic guidance.
