肝癌组织细胞骨架连接蛋白和焦点黏附激酶的表达及其意义

摘要 目的:检测细胞骨架连接蛋白(membrane cytoskeleton cross linker protein,Ezrin)、焦点黏附激酶(focal ad-hesion kinase,FAK)在肝癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:手术切除肝癌标本79例(其中62例附癌旁正常组织),应用免疫组化检测Ezrin,FAK的表达。结果:免疫组化染色显示,Ezrin和FAK的表达与肝癌的浸润、转移呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:Ezrin,FAK的高表达与肝细胞癌的侵袭转移关系密切,它们可能是影响肝癌患者预后以及癌细胞转移的重要因素。 Objective: To investigate the expression of Ezrin and FAK in hepatocellular carcinoma, as well as to elucidate its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of Ezrin,FAK in 79 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and 62 cases of adjacent hepatic tissue. Results: Ezrin and FAK over-expression was positively correlated with the metastasis and was inversely correlated with the cancer differentiation level ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion: The up-regulation of Ezrin and FAK may contribute to carcinogenesis and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma.
