摘要
目的评价梅毒诊断试剂Immunoticles auto 3TP(免疫比浊)的可靠性及临床应用价值。方法分别应用Olympus400、Olympus640和Hitachi7600(P模块)检测该试剂,并与日本富士瑞比欧TPPA试剂的结果比较。结果采用两种方法应用Olympus400、Olympus640和Hitachi7600(P模块)检测的效率相同。结论Immunoticles auto 3TP性能稳定可靠,适用于多种主流自动生化分析仪,可用于梅毒的血清学诊断。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and clinical application of syphilis antibody diagnostic reagent of immunoticles auto 3TP. Method Immunoticles auto 3TP was tested on Olympus 400,Olympus 640 and Hitachi 7600（P） respectively. Diagnostic efficiencies of immunoticles auto 3TP and TPPA （Fujirebio） were compared. Result There was no statistical significance between two diagnostic methods of 3TP and TPPA （Fujirebio） on the diagnostic efficiency. Conclusion Like TPPA （Fujirebio）,the Immunoticles auto 3TP can be used as a diagnostic reagent for Syphilis.
