微量白蛋白尿2型糖尿病患者血细胞各参数变化及其意义

Change and Significance of Peripheral Blood Cell Parameters in Type 2 Diabetics Microalbuminuria

目的研究外周血细胞各参数与糖尿病肾病发生、发展的关系。方法选择120例2型糖尿病患者,根据24h尿白蛋白排泄率分为正常白蛋白尿组(n=60)和微量白蛋白尿(n=60)组,选择40例健康体检者作为正常对照组。检测外周血细胞各参数,包括白细胞计数、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、血小板计数、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)。采用方差分析对3组的血细胞各参数的均数进行比较。结果正常白蛋白尿2型糖尿病组和微量白蛋白尿2型糖尿病组与正常对照组各参数的差异均有显著性(P<0.05),两组2型糖尿病组的差异也有显著性(P<0.05)。结论白细胞数量、红细胞形态、血小板的形态和数量均与糖尿病肾病的发生有关。

Objective To investigate the changes and significance of peripheral blood cell parameters m type Z diabetics micro-albuminuria. Methods 120 type 2 diabetics were selected and divided into two groups according to the excretion rate of urinary albumin, namely normo-alhuminuria group （n=60）, and micro-alhuminuria group （n=60）, 40 healthy people were choosed as control group. The parameters of peripheral blood cells, including the leucocyte count, the mean corpuscular volume （MVC）,the red cell distribution width （RDW）,the blood platelet count,the mean platelet volume （MPV） and the platelet distribution width （PDW） were detected in all the three groups, then the parameters mentioned above were compared among three groups by using variance analysis method. Results The parameters of peripheral blood cells mentioned about had significant differences among normo-albuminuria diabetic group, micro-albuminuria diabetic group and the control group （P〈0.05） ,Notable distinction also existed in peripheral blood cell parameters between two diabetic groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The occurrence of the diabetic nephropathy relates to the leucocyte count,the erythrocyte shape and the amount and shape of blood platelets.
