早期妊娠中血清sHLA-G水平与妊娠结局的关系

Correlation between the Quantity of Soluble Forms of Human Leukocyte Antigen-G (sHLA-G) in Human Serum during Early Pregnancy Period and the Result of Pregnancy

目的通过定量测定孕妇早期妊娠血清中的可溶性人白细胞抗原G(sHLA-G)的表达,探讨sHLA-G的表达水平与妊娠结局的关系。方法收集35例孕30d左右孕妇,20例未孕妇女外周血清,采用ELISA法定量检测样本中sHLA-G的表达;比较早期妊娠、早期自然流产和未孕妇女三组sHLA-G的表达水平。结果早期妊娠组血清中sHLA-G的表达水平为(62.35±1.02)U/mL,原因不明性流产组为(27.74±0.95)U/mL,未孕组为(20.56±0.79)U/mL,其中早期妊娠组血清中sHLA-G的表达水平高于原因不明性流产组(P<0.01)和未孕组(P<0.01),差异有显著性。结论妊娠早期孕妇血清中sHLA-G与妊娠成功有直接关系,sHLA-G降低可能会导致原因不明性流产的发生。

Objective To research the relationship between the quantity of soluble forms of human leukocyte antigen-G （sHLA-G） in human serum during early pregnancy period and the result of pregnancy. Methods sHLA-G levels were evaluated by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. It was evaluated in 35 samples from 30 pregnant women about 30 days and20 samples from 20 women not pregnant. Results The average sHLA-G level in human serum during early pregnancy period was （62.35±1.02） U/ml. The unknown abortion group was （27. 74±0. 95） U/ml. The group from women who weren＇t pregnant was （20. 56±0. 79） U/ml. The early pregnant group had a higher level about sHLA-G in human serum than in the unknown abortion group and in the normal woman respectively . It had a significant difference（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion The correlation is found between sHLA-G levels and the results of pregnancy. The lack of sHLA-G in human serum may lead to the unknown abortion.
