Humanity Postulation of "Weak Embeddedness" and Theoretical Construction of New Economic Sociology

社会科学的学科分野,与其说是关注的领域不同,不如说是各学科对人性的不同预设从而导致的方法论与理论模式的差异。新经济社会学在批判经济学"社会化不足"的人性预设和社会学"社会化过度"的人性预设的基础上,确立了"弱嵌入性"的人性预设,并以此为其逻辑基点,建构了新经济社会学的基本理论命题:经济行动是受社会所限定的,它嵌入于持续存在的社会关系网络之中;经济组织(如企业和市场)的结构是由经济利益和社会关系共同决定的;经济制度的建构不仅有其经济效率逻辑,也有其社会合法性基础。

New economic sociology establishes humanity postulation of ＂weak embeddedness＂ on the basis of criticizing the humanity postulation of ＂insufficient socialization＂ in economics and the humanity postulation of ＂excessive socialization＂ in sociology. By taking humanity postulation of ＂weak embeddedness＂ as the logic basis, New economic sociology constructs the fundamental theoretical propositions as follows： First, the economic action is defined by society and is embedded in the social relations network; Second, the economic interest and the social relations have determined the structure of economic organization （such as enterprises and markets）. The construction of the economic system not only has its economic efficiency logic, but also has social legal basis.
