摘要
"思想道德修养与法律基础"课是高等学校思想政治理论课课程体系的重要组成部分。该课程将原有的"思想道德修养"课与"法律基础"课进行整合,是一门崭新的课程。本文对该课程的核心概念——思想道德和法律、思想道德素质和法律素质进行界定,并对"思想道德修养与法律基础"课的特点进行了分析。
The course ＂Ideology and Morality Cultivation and Legal Rudiments＂ is an important component in colleges＇ curriculum system of political and ideological theory. This brand-new course emerges as the integration of the course Ideology and Morality Cultivation with the course Legal Rudiments. This article defines some core concepts of this new course such as ideology and morality and law, moral qualities and legal quality and so on. Also, this article analyzes the characteristics of the course.
