The paper points out that it has a great significance to carry out financial estimates management in the demonstration phase.Doing this work,we should adhere to the scientific,impartial and guiding principles;adopt r parameter method to the preparation of project estimates;verification workload can be reduced to improve the quality.The paper offers some methods for improving the budgetary estimates management: we should attach great importance to management,speed up the research on the method of budget estimate making so as to enact the method as soon as possible,increase the training of manpower,and promote rapid development of geological cause.
