摘要
京族是一个以海洋经济活动为特色的少数民族,由于历史的渊源,其饮食明显地体现出越南越人(京族)稻作文明的烙印。通过对居住在中国北部湾畔的京族这一海洋民族饮食的考察,发现京族饮食既具有汉族等农业民族饮食文化的共性,又不乏鲜明的民族性和独特的地域性。其饮食受地缘和经济发展的影响,是经济与文化互动作用下的产物。
Jing Minority is an ethnic group featuring marine economic activities. Due to the historical origins, its catering clearly demonstrates Viets' (Jing ethnic people) brand of rice cultivation civilization. In light of the survey on the catering of Jing ethnic people living on China' s Beibu Gulf, the author finds out that their catering features the commonality of the catering culture on the part of Han nationality and other farming nationalities, as well as distinctive national nature and unique regional specificity. Jing ethnic people' catering, deeply affected by the geopolitical and economic development, is attributed to the interaction between economy and culture.
