A Brief Review of the Research Quality Framework of Australia in the 21st Century

进入知识经济时代,为了使科研资源分配更为公平、更具效率,澳大利亚政府制定了基于国家主导的RQF制度以与其国家发展战略相配套。本文介绍并分析了澳大利亚这一新的科研评价制度,以期对中国构建和完善自己的科研评价制度有所借鉴。

In the age of knowledge economy, Australian government, in order to make the allocation of the research resources much fairer and more efficient, has established a new research assessment system based on the national leadership to match their national development strategy. This paper introduces and analyzes the new research assessment system. We hope it will conduce to the establishment and improvement of China＇s research assessment system.
