带状疱疹病程早期的高频超声诊断与针灸治疗

High-frequency Ultrasonography in Diagnosis and Acupuncture-moxibustion Therapy on Herpes Zoster at the Early Stage

目的:探讨诊断、治疗带状疱疹病程早期的有效方法。方法:将101名患者随机分为高频超声诊断并针灸组(试验组),传统经验诊断并针灸组(对照组),进行治疗结果对比。结果:试验组总有效率达90.6%,对照组总有效率68.8%,P<0.05,试验组优于对照组,诊断正确率明显提高。结论:高频超声诊断结合针灸治疗带状疱疹病程早期,临床疗效和预后效果肯定。

Objective：To search effective diagnosis and therapy for herpes zoster at the early stage. Methods：101 cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into the experiment group diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasonography and treated with acupunctum- moxibustion,and the control group diagnosed by experience and treated with acupunctum-moxibusti,an,Two therapeutic effects were compared, Results：In the experiment group the effective rate was 90.6%, which was better than 68,8% in the control group （P 〈0.05）,with the correctness in diagnosis increased.Conclusion：High-frequency ultrasonography in diagnosis and acupunctum-moxibustion has definite clinical effect on herpes zoster at the early stage.
