摘要
本文对哈尔滨市市场上销售的9种饮料进行了维生素C含量分析,结果有8种饮料中维生素C含量≤1.0mg/100ml,只相当鲜桔子中维生素C含量的0.1%~2.3%,饮用这样的饮料根本不能给人体补充足够的维生素C,如果其中食品添加剂不符合国家标准,还会对人体健康产生不利作用。
Vitamin C content in nine kind juices which were sold in Harbin market were determinated.The results showed that the vitamin C was less than 1.0mg/ 100ml, except orange TANG. Drinking these juices can not supply enough vitamin C. If the food additives are not meet the National Hygenic Standards, the juices may be harardous to the health.
