乌司他丁对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者肝功能的保护作用及其对IL-6和IL-8的影响 被引量：1

摘要 近年来研究表明腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）对肝功能有一定影响，表现为术后肝脏血清酶学指标升高㈣。乌司他丁（ulinastatin，UTI）是一种存在于人尿中的蛋白酶抑制剂，能有效抑制多种水解酶的活性、细胞因子和炎症介质的释放，对多种脏器具有保护作用。本研究旨在观察UTI对LC患者肝功能的保护作用及其对细胞因子1L-6和IL-8水平的影响。现报道如下：
