摘要
胆管损伤会给患者带来严重并发症，适当的处理会提高患者的预后和生存质量，我们对预防其发生和损伤后处理的方法作一简要综述，以帮助临床医生合理选择。
Biliary duet injury can arise severe complications, but the proper management can improve patients＇prognosis and living quality. So we reviewed the current relevant references and hope it can do some help for clinicians.
