骨引导再生术提升上颌窦与XIVE种植体同期植入的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察中老年患者骨引导再生术提升上颌窦与XIVE种植体同期植入后的临床效果。方法18例患者骨引导再生术提升上颌窦并同期植入XIVE二段式种植体26颗,其中骨引导再生术上颌窦外提升完成10颗种植体/5例,骨引导再生术上颌窦内提升完成16颗种植体/13例。负载2年后统计其成活率。结果26颗种植体中仅有一颗出现种植体周感染但无松动,成活率96.15%。结论提示骨引导术提升上颌窦与XIVE种植体同期植入对于上颌肯氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ类缺失患者是一种可行的临床修复方式。
