摘要
空调纤维是利用相变材料不间断地吸收和释放能量来调节温度的,目前加工空调纤维最成熟的方法是微胶囊法。空调纤维可以用于航空航天、服装、床上用品等,在纺织时有一定的难度,采取合理的工艺措施可以提高可纺性能。空调纤维作为填充材料温度调节效果更好。
Air conditioning fiber using phase change materials uninterruptedly absorbs and releases energy to regulate the temperature. Currently the most mature processing technology of air conditioning fiber is microcapsule. Air conditioning fiber can be used for aerospace, clothing, bedding and so on. It has some difficulty in textile, but reasonable measurements can improve the textile performance. The regulating temperature effect is better when air conditioning fiber is used as a filling material.
