从成教学员的学习心理探析我国高等成人教育改革

On the National Reform of Adult Education From the Adult Learners’ Psychology

新形势下我国高等成人教育出现了成教学员学习目的不明,学习态度差,成人教育质量下降等一些新问题。从成教学员学习心理角度来探讨成人教育内容、教育方法、教育手段和教育管理等方面的改革,将对我国成人教育管理具有一定的现实意义。

Nowadays, the adult education in our country is facing some serious new problems： the loss of students＇ learning goals, the degradation of Students＇ learning attitudes, the deterioration of the education quality. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the teaching content, the teaching methods, the education measures and education management from the adult learners＇ psychology.
